This fanzine is the result of the residency on archives and contemporary memory curated by Alessia Rollo.
Participants integrated photographic images provided by the Ecomuseum of Cursi with photographs produced by them to reactivate narratives on themes that run through the history of the territory.
‘Stone Memories’ through the expedient of literary fiction takes us on a reverse journey of a granddaughter who retraces the life of her grandfather who migrated to Switzerland. This work investigates and reveals to us through archive and contemporary images stories related to labour legislation, forced migration, and deaths in the quarries.
The fanzine is free of charge if you can help us continue our cultural initiatives and support the costs of running the magazine with your free donation
